Ubuntu educational add-on CD
The Ubuntu educational add-on CD contains additional useful packages, including many educational programs. It requires that an Ubuntu desktop system already be installed.
There are four images available, each for a different type of computer:
- Mac (PowerPC) and IBM-PPC (POWER5) Ubuntu educational add-on CD
- For Apple Macintosh G3, G4, and G5 computers, including iBooks and PowerBooks as well as IBM OpenPower machines.
- HP PA-RISC Ubuntu educational add-on CD
- For HP PA-RISC computers.
- IA-64 Ubuntu educational add-on CD
- For Intel Itanium and Itanium 2 computers.
- SPARC Ubuntu educational add-on CD
- For Sun UltraSPARC computers, including those based on the multicore UltraSPARC T1 ("Niagara") processors.
